Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on all orders.

If you require express postage, please get in touch prior to placing order - this will incur a fee, which will be quoted at time of expediting the order.

As Repeat Store AU is a marketplace, all items are sent direct to you from the supplier (brand or designer). We currently only ship within Australia.

If you purchase an entire outfit which is made up of pieces from different brands, you will receive more than one package and they may arrive at different times.. unless the universe somehow works its magic!

Equally, if you order individual items from more than one brand, you will receive more than one package, at slightly different times.


All items purchased from Repeat Store AU will come in:

  • Stylish packages from The Better Packaging Co.
  • A cute branded sticker
  • A thank you card printed on recycled card
  • Perhaps care instructions from the brand

And nothing else - unless it's absolutely necessary to protect the item. We don't use plastic, nasty bubble wrap or other crap that's harmful to the environment.


Item sold out?

Repeat Store AU is a third party marketplace of items from different brands and designer across Australia - we do our best to ensure our inventory is kept as up to date as possible, however, in some cases an item may be sold out. If this is the case, we will get in touch to offer an alternative or a full refund within 48 hours.



We understand that sometimes online shopping doesn't always work out the way you planned - and the last thing we want is for an item to go unworn in your wardrobe!

We happily offer exchanges on sizes/items, credit notes and refunds within 7 days of receipt of order. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on made-to-order products.

Please reuse your Better Packing Co. bag that your item/s arrived in to send back.

Item/s must be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached and items will be inspected upon receipt, prior to exchange/refund/credit being approved.

Please note - as Repeat Store AU is a third party marketplace working with small independent brands and designers, the customer is responsible for any expense incurred when returning the item/s.

Until received by the supplier, the returned item/s remain property of the customer.

Repeat Store AU does not take responsibility for the item/s once they have been shipped.
